Getting Ready for a Reiki Class

Be kind to yourself

This looks different for everyone since we are all unique and we all have different interests and hobbies. A good rule of thumb though, is to take good care of yourself by eating, drinking water, exercising and sleeping well. This will help you prepare for experiencing and easily accepting the Reiki energies during class.

Make time for yourself daily and do something that encourages good health and well-being.  Maybe go on a walk in nature, meditate, listen to your favorite music, and consider what you would like to get out of the class that you signed up for.

If you are taking a master class, please review all the symbols that you have learned so that you can name them and draw them with ease. 

All in all, staying well hydrated (water is a great conduit of energy) and looking out for yourself is a great start with getting ready for a Reiki class. I am very excited to share the Reiki energies with you and am looking forward to having you in class!!
